SUPER FOOD RECIPES:
SWEET POTATO & PUMPKIN SEED SALAD:
SUMMARY:

This Salad is packed with healthy deliciousness and easily customizable to the flavor profile you desire. Greens, fruits, nuts the fresh sweetness and various textures release vibrant bold flavors onto the taste buds. It is cancer fighting, high in zeaxanthin and carotenoids that can flush out the free radicals from your body, aids weigh loss and can reduce blood sugar. The Sweet potatoes are great for gut health, vision and brain function. This is not your ordinary, plain ole, everyday Salad, its exactly what your palate called for. Packed with Vitamin K, Zinc and Phosphorus, this dish is a favorite!

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 Servings
Spinach
Arugula
Sweet Potato
Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower seeds
Fresh Strawberries
Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
Honey (Alt: Unrefined Organic Honey)
Oil (Alt: Your Choice of Oil such as Extra Virgin Olive)
Savory Seasoning (Alt: Salt and Pepper)
Sweet Seasoning (Alt: Brown Sugar and Cinnamon)
Optional: Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
Optional: Organic Dried Cranberries and/or Dried Cherries
Optional: Mint, Chia seeds or 1 or 2 others of your fresh organic favorites

INSTRUCTIONS:
Salad:
- Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables used.
- Boil a pot of water with a Table spoon of Savory Seasoning and Oil added.
- Place 1 large whole Sweet Potato in the boiling water with lid on.
- Boil baked Potato half way only for about 10 minutes on medium heat (avoid potato becoming too tender in the center).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Once half cooked, dice the Sweet Potato into even bite size squares on a baking tray.
- Add a drizzle of Oil and Sweet Seasoning to the Sweet Potato.
- Bake Sweet Potato squares for about 5-7 minutes. Glaze with Honey and let Potato cool, place in fridge to chill.
- Mix clean Spinach, Arugula, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, dried Cranberries and/or Cherries and the chilled Sweet Potato squares in a bowl.
- Set aside to add Strawberry Vinaigrette.

Strawberry Vinaigrette:
- Thoroughly wash Strawberries and let soak in Apple Cider Vinegar for 3-5 minutes. Rinse strawberries again.
- Add 8 - 10 ounces of clean Strawberries, 4 Tablespoons of Honey, 4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar, 3 Tablespoons of Oil and 2 teaspoons of Savory Seasoning; Optional add fresh mint.
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until a silky smooth texture then add to the Salad.
- Plate, serve and enjoy.
*This dish is great served as a side Salad or Main dish.

- Wash and peel 1 Orange, 1 Beet, 1-2 Whole Organic Carrots and 1/5 Ginger root.
- Dice all fruits and vegetables into chunks and add to a blender or juicer.
- For blended smoothie add ice cubes and blend until smooth for cool refreshing taste. For juicing pour into an 8 ounce glass and add ice as desired.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Thighs
Parsley
Mint and/or Basil
Rosemary
Lemon
Oil (Alt: Your Choice of Oil such as Extra Virgin Olive)
Savory Seasoning (Alt: Salt and Pepper)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Thoroughly wash the Chicken thighs with water.
- Then, rub the cleaned Chicken with Oil.
- Season the Chicken in a bowl using Savory Seasoning.
- For New Wave Oven: Place the Chicken on a rack covered with Aluminum foil in the New Wave Oven. Cook in Oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and juicy.
- For Conventional Oven: Place the Chicken on a sheet pan and cook in a Conventional Oven at 375 degree for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and juicy. When baking in the Conventional Oven add a few table spoons of water to the bottom of the pan and cover the Chicken with Aluminum foil.
- Check the Chicken to ensure there is no red or deep pink still in the meat if so, cook for a bit longer or until there is no deep pink meat.
- Once Chicken is fully cooked, drizzle with lemon and fresh herbs such as Parsley, Basil and Fresh cracked Black Pepper.
- Add more Twealth Co's Savory Seasoning to your preference.
